In this episode, Kai Gondlach talks about what scientific futurology is, what the big challenges are for organisations when it comes to the future, and what paradigms need to be challenged when it comes to topics like AI.
About Kai Gondlach
Mission-driven and future-enthusiastic describes him best; Kai’s scientific backed futures scenarios are contagious. Starting off his entrepreneurial first steps as a web designer in the mid-2000s, Kai then studied sociology and political sciences and later did his master degree in futures research. After working for and with hundreds of companies and public institutions, he still is convinced that change starts with the inspirational spark in the eyes of his audiences or workshop attendees.
He’s both an academic in the field of futures science & futures literacy and a professional keynote speaker, incl. TEDx.
