About
Nina Burri is an exceptional entertainer and stage performer originally from Bern-Switzerland. After a 10 year very successful ballet career for the best dance companies in the world (e.g. Béjart Ballet Lausanne) and shows such as the world famous „Moulin Rouge“ in Paris, Nina decided to go one step further in her career. She left everything behind and went to China to learn the art of contortion and hand-balancing. After 6 months and 8 hour training-sessions a day she came back to Europe and created her first solo act „Goldeneye“ - an homage to the James Bond movies that became so popular that she almost immediately got booked for high-class galas, corporate events, TV Shows and festivals all over the world. Nina is an award winning artist who is known for her beautiful looks, professionalism and amazing charisma and talent. Her breakthrough in Europe came with the second place in the TV Show „Switzerland’s Got Talent“ in 2011. In July 2014 Nina was given the US Greencard for her unique career and achievements. And as a finalist for „America’s Got Talent“ in 2014, she received worldwide recognition in front of millions of viewers on TV and the world wide web.
Besides her stage performances, Nina works as a speaker, model and actress and is regularly presenting festivals and galas as a host. In 2021 she was given the “Lifetime Achievement Award'' for her 35-year long career on stage. Nina is considered the oldest professional working contortionist in the world and is happy to keep entertaining audiences with her exceptional art.
